Capture Moments provides photography services for product-focused projects, including studio and on-location work in Singapore, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each project is confirmed through the inquiry, review of product count and style, reference materials, shot list, and the agreed production plan.
Any quote is based on the agreed project scope, including the number of products, setups, and intended use of the images. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated during the booking process.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, approved references, and any required items for the session. Where products are to be returned, the return method must be arranged as part of the project plan. Capture Moments may decline or revise a request if the scope, timing, or materials are not suitable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the photographs and related materials remain with Capture Moments or its licensors. Any licence to use final images is limited to the agreed purpose and does not include RAW files, rejected frames, or any broader rights not expressly granted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capture Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from incomplete instructions, unsuitable source materials, or changes requested after approval. Any editing or retouching is limited to the agreed scope and does not include guarantees of exact recreation or deceptive alteration.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Singapore, and any dispute arising from them should be raised in good faith for resolution first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the matter in the competent courts or other forum required by law.
